I’m not a Personal Trainer, I am YOUR Strength Coach. My custom Training Program includes a healthy mix of Calisthenics, H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training, Metabolic Training, Strength Training and TRX Training. You will NEVER DO THE SAME WORKOUT TWICE because I personally design each workout based on your goals and limitations.
