I BELIEVE STRENGTH TRAINING IS THE MOST FUN AND SUSTAINABLE WAY TO TRAIN THE HUMAN BODY. STRENGTH TRAINING WILL IMPROVE YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE. FROM YOUR ENERGY LEVELS, TO YOUR MOOD, TO THE WAY YOU MOVE AND ULTIMATELY THE WAY YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF.

EAT THE RAINBOW: VEGETABLES, FRUITS + DRINK HALF YOUR BODYWEIGHT IN .OZ OF WATER; EVERYDAY ! START DRINKING THE ESSENTIALS: WATER + LEMON, GREEN TEA + GINGER. STOP EATING OUT SO MUCH – NO MORE FAST FOOD! GO EASY ON THE BREADS, PASTAS + CARBS. THE FOOD PYRAMID IS WRONG YOU KNOW.

EACH WORKOUT I DESIGN USES A VARIATION OF TRAINING MODALITIES WHICH INCLUDE CALISTHENICS, H.I.I.T. TRAINING, METABOLIC TRAINING, AND TRX TRAINING IN ORDER TO CHALLENGE YOUR BODY IN DIFFERENT WAYS.

BUSINESS POLICIES

To book a training session, select either an individual or a group training session by clicking BOOK NOW. Strength Training by Coach Vick Scheduling is powered by Calendly, you may also book training sessions via Calendly. After you submit your training session request, both you and I will receive an email confirmation and the session will appear on my Google Calendar. I encourage you to set a reminder (1) hour before your session is scheduled to start and use this time to stretch, hydrate and prepare for your workout.
