Our game allows players to train on a personalized program in a group setting where their performance is measured by their effort vs. strength potential. Progress is guaranteed because of our Volume Intensity Feedback System that adjusts resistance and difficulty based on player feedback in real time.

At the conclusion of every game we recognize 1 Player as MVP of the Game and the Winning team with the highest combined VA% Score.

Every player is assigned to a numbered pod on a hexagonal field fitted with all of the equipment for their personalized training program. No stations. No waiting. No guesswork.
Our field holds up to 30 players. Each pod is yours for the entire game. During rest intervals you can run laps around the perimeter track to score bonus points for your team.

The Origin
Two Decades.

AVT was built on nearly two decades of research, training, observation and coaching. Our conclusion was simple: most people in the gym don't go hard enough — because there's no score, no opponent and no reason to.
